Mondays can be tough. Whether you’re a full time entrepreneur, work a 9-5, or work a few jobs, Monday is always the reset of the work week!
This morning I woke up and all I wanted to do was stay in bed for the morning and push all of my work off until ‘later.’ But, we all know that the words “I’ll do it later,” mean I am putting this off until I actually have to do it- or just put it off forever!
I had to find a way to start my week off with as much energy as I ended my week, so I turned to self motivation! It could be a podcast (my current obsession is the Jennifer Allwood show!), book, or video.
For those of you that haven’t read Girl Wash Your Face… Get. This. Book. Get it right now! I have to say that it has been a game changer for me! And a chapter a day to start the morning has been the perfect way to start the day! I’ve also been reading Mastering Your Inner Mean Girl, and Leave Your Mark!
If books aren’t really your thing (I get it who has time to read!) Videos might be your go to! I’ve tried to stop the mindless scroll on all my social and change it to something meaningful- follow Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, or Rachel Hollis for some quick videos.

Sometimes it can take just a few minutes to turn your entire day around! You have the power to do that. Know that even on those days that you don’t feel your best- your hustle can’t stop!
